Photographers Rights
In this day and age where Governments seem to be creating laws to stifle society and scare them in to conforming to their views it can be seen that our liberties and rights are being eroded. We are told to be suspicious of everything these days. Where photography is concerned we may think twice about taking a photo in public. Will I be looked upon as acting suspiciously? Am I allowed to take this picture?
If you are wondering what your rights are then I have 3 links that may be of use.

I hope these help putting your mind at rest and allow you to snap away in the knowledge that you are within your rights to do so.
Happy snapping.
If you have any other useful legal information for photographers then feel free to comment on this post.
